Red Velvet Macarons-bakeitout

Hello! everyone there here I am with another red velvet recipe nothing but macarons which is one of the french dessert filled with cream cheese frosting.So lets get started....

INGREDIENTS:

-1 cup powdered sugar

-3/4 cup almond flour

-1 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder

-2 egg whites (room temperature)

-1/4 cup granulated sugar

-1/2 tsp vanilla extract

-red food coloring

Cream Cheese Whipped Frosting

- 4 oz softened cream cheese

- 1 cup powdered sugar

- 3/4 cup of heavy cream

- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

PROCEDURE:

-Add powdered sugar, almond powder and cocoa powder in a mixer or food processor and and grind until fine power is obtained. Sieve this in a bowl.

-In another bowl take egg whites add salt and then beat it until it holds its shape.Add sugar little by little while beating and also vanilla extract and the color, beat until it firms and forms stiff peaks like about 2 mins but don't over whip so that your macarons texture ruins.

-Add the dry ingredients little by little like in two to three batches and start folding until there are no lumps and no egg white left.

-Shift it into piping bag and pipe it on a baking tray with parchment paper placed on it 1 inch circles with 1 inch distance inbetween.

-Tap the tray on the table so that the air bubbles gets removed.

-Allow them to rest for 30 mins until a skin forms on the top(you can touch on the top so that you can conform).

-Bake it for 16-18 mins in a 150c preheated oven.

-Let then cool between let us make the filling.For the filling take cream cheese at room temperature and start beating when it gets airy add sugar and continue to beat add vanilla extract, remaining sugar and the heavy cream(it adds lightness to the frosting) little by little.Beat until it holds peaks and transfer it to piping bag with star tip.

-Take the shells of same size and start filling.

-Allow them two stand for atleast 1 day so that the flavors get meld.And enjoy then:)
