Red Velvet Truffles-bakeitout
Hello! here I am with a easy recipe which can be made in least time and even yummy with moist red velvet cake with cream cheese and chocolate coating.So lets get started.....
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 8x8” red velvet cake
- 4 oz softened, cream cheese
-1 1/2 cups melted, white chocolate/dark chocolate
-1/2 cup mini chocolate chips/chopped pecans
DIRECTIONS:
-Crumble the red velvet cake into a fine crumb and mix in the softened cream cheese and ½ cup melted white chocolate until you have crumbs that stick together when pressed between your fingers.
-Roll 1” balls of the cake mixture.Chill the truffles atleast for 20 minutes, until solid.
-Dip each truffle in the remaining cup of melted white chocolate by using a fork, set them on a piece of parchment and sprinkle the tops with a few chocolate chips/chopped pecans(optional). Allow the truffles to set entirely in the refrigerator.
