Red Velvet Cheese Brownies-bakeitout
Hello!here I am with another recipe which a fusion of brownie and red velvet layered by yummy cream cheese with beautiful swirls, nothing but red velvet cheese brownies.It is treat for both our taste buds and our eyes.So lets get started.....
INGREDIENTS:
-1/2 cup room temparatured, unsalted butter
-1 cup granulated sugar
-1/4 tsp salt
-2 eggs
-3/4 cup flour
-3 tbsp unsweatened cocoa powder
-1 tsp white vinegar
-1 tsp vanilla extract
-Cream Cheese Filling:
-8oz room temparatured, cream cheese
-1 egg
-3-1/2 tbsp sugar
-1 tsp vanilla extract
PROCEDURE: -In the bowl beat together, cream, butter, sugar, add the eggs and beat well. Add the cocoa powder and mix it in, add the salt, food coloring and vinegar. Add the flour and mix until well incorporated.
-Keep aside 1/4 of the batter and pour the remaining batter into the backing pan with parchment paper. -In another bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sugar, egg and vanilla very well until there are no lumps left. -Gently spread the cream cheese evenly on top of the brownie layer, then using two small chopstick/spoon, drop in batches here and there, the remaining 1/4 cup of batter on top of the cream cheese and using chopstick/butter knife, swirl(they should not be perfect) the batter into the cream cheese mixture. Bake the brownies in a 8X8 square backing pan by parchment paper placed at the bottom for about 30 minutes in a 170c preheated oven or until fully cooked. Allow to cool completely before cutting and serving!
