Fried ice-cream-bakeitout

Hello! here i am with a different recipe nothing but fried ice-cream, one of the mexican dessert.By listening to this you all will have this question that ice-cream ever can be fried? the answer is YES!.So lets get started...

INGREDIENTS:

-2 scoops Vanilla ice-cream(you can even use any other flavour of your choice)

-1/2 cup sponge cake crushed(any flavour of your choice)

-1/2 cup all purpose flour/1 egg

-water as desired

-1/2 cup cornflakes crushed

-oil for deep fry

-3-4 tbsp chocolate sauce

PROCEDURE:

-Scoop out 2 scoops of ice-cream and freeze them in freezer until they become solid hard for few hours.

-Then remove them from the freezer and roll it in the sponge cake crumbles and again freeze them for some time for around 1hr.

-Meanwhile mix the flour with water into a thick batter consistency where it should not be runny or not very thick where we should be able to roll the ice-cream scoops and coat them or even you can replace this by a beaten egg.

-Then remove the ice-cream scoops and roll them in the batter/beaten egg until totally coated and then coat with the crushed cornflakes.Freeze them atleast for 2-3hrs or until they are set enough.

-Remove the ice-cream scoops and then fry them in hot oil evenly until golden brown for about 15-20 secs but more than that or your ice-cream may start melting.

-Then remove them and serve it with drizzled chocolate sauce on it.Enjoy!
