Crepes-bakeitout
Hello! here I am with one of those basic and everyones favourite recipe nothing but crepes with basic ingredients.So lets get started....
CREPE INGREDIENTS:
-1 cup flour
-2 eggs
-2 tbsp butter, melted
-1 1/2 tablespoons granulated sugar
-1 1/2 cups milk
INGREDIENTS FOR THE FILLING:
-chocolate hazelnut/nutella spread
-strawberries/banana, sliced
-Powdered sugar
-wipping cream
-caramel sauce
-graham crackers, broken into small pieces
-chocolate bars, broken into chunks
-cup mini marshmallows
-Chocolate sauce
-Graham cracker crumbs
-icecream of your choice
-honey
PREPARATION:
-In a bowl, mix together flour, eggs, butter, and sugar, stirring until ingredients until they get slightly mixed.
-Add the milk ½ cup at a time, stirring continuously, until the ingredients mix together without any lumps and that the batter is smooth before adding more milk.
-Continue adding milk in the same way until the batter becomes into flowing liquid form without any lumps.
-In a pan over medium heat, pour ⅓ cup of the batter in the center and swirl the batter around the edges of the pan until set.
-Flip the crepe when the bottom of it turns golden brown.
-Cook until the edges are starting to slightly crisp.Cover the crepes after removing them from the heat to make sure they remain moist.
-Then take each crepe and fill it according to your choice.Here are those 4 ways of fillings:
1) Spread the chocolate hazelnut/caramel sauce on half of the crepe.
-Lay strawberries/bananas on the chocolate spread.
-Fold the other half of the crepe on top of the strawberries, then fold the crepe in half.
-Repeat with the other crepe.
-Dust with powdered sugar/whipping cream then serve!
2)Spread the half of the crepe with any spread of your choice
-Fold the crepe and top with honey and icecream.
3)Spread the crepe with chocolate hazelnut/chocolate sauce.
-lay chocolate chips.
-Fold the crepe and serve it by topping with chocolate sauce.
4)Layer half of the graham cracker pieces, the chocolate chunks, and the marshmallows on one side of a crepe.
-Fold the other side of the crepe over. Fold the crepe in half.
-Repeat with the other crepe.
-Bake the crepes for 10 minutes in a 170c preheated oven, until the chocolate and marshmallows are slightly melted.
-Serve with chocolate sauce and graham cracker crumbs!
(or you can even mix and match the combinations of your choice and enjoy the yummy crepes)
