Chocolate truffle cake-bakeitout

Hello! here I am with yummy chocolate truffle cake.This is my first cake recipe to publish.Are you a chocolate lover then this is going to be the best and easy recipe for you.So lets get started...

INGREDIENTS:

Cake:

-45ml/12 tbsp milk

-4 eggs

-45ml/12 tbsp oil

-1/4 tsp salt

-21grm/12 tbsp cocoa powder

-33 grm/16 tbspAll purpose flour

-46 grm/16 tbsp sugar

-3 tsp baking powder

Chocolate truffle cake icing:

-4 cups 750 grmsdark compound chocolate

-2 cups fresh cream

-2 tbsp butter

-sugar syrup(mixture of water and sugar)

PROCEDURE:

- Take eggs and milk and whisk until they combine and add sugar, oil, salt and continue to whisk while adding ingredients.

- Sift all the dry ingredients flour, cocoa powder and backing powder.Mix all the ingredients together until well combined.

- Butter the baking tin and place the parchment paper and shift the batter into the tin and bake it at 180 degree for 25 minutes.

- In order to make the cake soft and moist, make the sugar syrup.By heating the sugar till it dissolves in water and allow it to cool completely.

- Allow the cake to cool in the tin for 10 minutes and then unmold the cake from the tin.

- For Chocolate Truffle Icing, heat cream in a pan and switch off the gas before it starts boiling.

- Pour this cream over the dark chocolate and also add butter for extra shine.(you can even melt the chocolate by microwaving chocolate and cream for 1 min with interval for every 15 secs and mixing inbetween and then adding the butter as it melts as the mixture is hot)

- Mix it well and allow it to rest for 3 to 4 hours.

- Cut the cake so as to level it and coat the second layer of the cake with sugar syrup.

- Cover the second layer with the chocolate truffle icing and also repeat the same process for the first layer of the cake.

- Before you perform the final finish, set the cake for 10 minutes in refrigerator.

- In order to get the shine back of the truffle, heat it for 10 seconds in the microwave and apply it over the cake.

- Smooth the sides of the cake evenly.

- Heat the truffle for another 30 seconds and pour it over the cake.

- You can even decorate the cake by using the star tip nozzle.

- Delicious, yummylicious and absoluetly mouth watering Chocolate Truffle Cake is ready!!
