Cookie and cream cheese cake-bakeitout

INGREDIENTS:
-35 oreo cookies(you can even use chocolate flavored oreo cookies if you like chocolate flavour)
-5 tbsp butter, melted
-800g cream cheese
-⅓ cup sugar
-1 tbsp vanilla extract
-1 cup milk, warm
-8g gelatin
PROCEDURE:
-Firstly separate the cream from the cookies.Keep aside 12 cookies.
-Shift the cookies into a food processor and process until fine crumbs or place them into a plastic bag and crush them into fine crumbs with a rolling pin.
-Pour the cookie crumbs into a bowl and combine with the melted butter, until well combines.
-Press the cookie crumbs in an even layer into the bottom of a 9-inch separable base cake pan or a tart mould. Set aside in refrigerator.
-In a pan over low heat, mix together the cream cheese, sugar, the cream from the cookies, and vanilla extract, stirring continuously until there are no lumps.
-Dissolve the gelatin into the milk. Pour the milk into the cream cheese mixture, stirring constantly until the mixture starts to bubble slightly. Remove from heat.Crush the cookies kept aside and mix into the mixture.
-Pour the mixture over the cookie crust into the mould and spread evenly.(you can even decorate the top of the cheese cake with baby oreo cookies.)
-Refrigerate it until it holds its shape or becomes firm for at least 3-4 hours.
-De-mould the cheese cake and serve it!
