Chocolate souffle -bakeitout
Hello! my friends here I am with another savory main dish/dessert for the chocolate lovers nothing but chocolate souffle, a fully puffed up tempting structure served with a scoop of ice-cream or wipping cream.Is it tempting? so lets get started...
INGREDIENTS:
-2 tbsp milk
-1 tbsp cream
-60g dark chocolate
-1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
-3 tbsp water
-3 egg whites,2 egg yolks
-1/4 tsp salt
-5 tbsp sugar
PROCEDURE:
-Take milk and cream, place on medium heat and stir until it starts boiling.
-Remove it from the heat and add dark chocolate and let it sit for 1 min and then start stirring till the chocolate melts completely.
-Add cocoa powder and water and make a double boiler and mix until the mixture gets very hot.Let it cool down completely and then add the egg yolks.
-While it cools, in another bowl take egg whites and add salt.Whip until foamy and then start adding sugar.Beat until stiff peaks.
-Then start folding the chocolate mixture into the egg whites mixture.
-Then shift this mixture into butter coated, sugar dusted souffle molds and bake it in a 190c preheated oven for about 13-15 mins until the souffle raises to about 1 1/2 inch above.
-Remove the souffle from the oven and serve it immedietly(as the souffle start to deflate after in 2 mins) topped with a spoon of ice-cream or whipped cream and enjoy the savory.
