Cinnamon rolls-bakeitout

Hello! everyone there here I am with another for those spice lovers. Are you a cinnamon lover then this is going to be your fav for ever.So lets get started...

INGREDIENTS:

DOUGH-

-3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour or u can even use wheat flour to make it more healthy

-1/2 tbsp salt

-3/4 tbsp yeast

-1 cup milk

-1/2 cup water

-2 large eggs

-1/4 cup honey

-1/4 cup melted butter/vegetable oil

FOR FILLING-

-1/2 cup melted butter

-1 1/4 light brown sugar

-2 1/2 tbsp ground(powdered) cinnamon

CHREAM CHEEZE GLAZE-

-110g cream cheese, room temp

-1 cup powdered sugar

-1/4 cup butter, room temp

-1/2 tsp vanilla extract

(OR)

VANILLA GLAZE:

-11/2 cup powdered sugar

-1/4 cup butter, melted

-1 tsp vanilla extract

-2 tbsp milk

PROCEDURE:

-to make the dough, combine flour and salt in a large bowl.

-take water and add yeast and 1tsp sugar and mix until they get dissolved and then rest it for 5 mins yeast raises.

-In a separate bowl take milk, honey and butter/vegetable oil. Whisk in the egg.

-Stir the wet into dry to make a sticky dough. You can mix it with a spoon until there are no lumps.

-Cover the bowl, and let the dough rise for 2 hrs until it raises into double in size.

-In between let us make filling. Combine butter, brown sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Stir until smooth and set aside.

-Transfer the dough to a floured work space, and roll it into rectangle approx 1/4 thick.

-Spread the filling over the dough, leaving a narrow margin around the edges.

-From the long edge start rolling gently into a log. Don't roll it too tightly or loosely.

-Slice the rolls 1 1/2 inch thick and set them with their cinnamon face up.

-In a baking pan place the rolls 1/2 inch apart and cover and allow the rolls to raise and grow into each other about 1 hr or so.

-Bake the rolls for 40-45 mins in a 180 c preheated oven until deep golden brown.

-While, let us proceed with the glaze: In a bowl beat cream cheez, butter, sugar and vanilla together until they get combined.(OR) you can even make vanilla glaze by mixing sugar, butter, vanilla extract and 2 tbsp milk and mix together until they get combined.

-Remove the pan from the oven and let it rest for sometime until it get cooled.

-Serve them by spreading the glaze of cream cheez on it.
