Hello! my friends here I am with another favorite one nothing but pizza.Every one think that making pizza is not possible at home or I am a beginner how can I make a pizza but don't worry here is a recipe especially for you.If you follow the exact procedure you will end up with best yummy pizza.So lets get started...
INGREDIENTS FOR PIZZA DOUGH:
-3/4 cup room temperature water
-1 tsp dry yeast
-1 tsp sugar
-3/4 tsp salt
-2 cups all purpose flour
-3 tbsp olive oil
TOPPINGS:
-Pizza sauce
-mozzarella cheese
-onion
-tomato
-paneer/mushroom
-capsicum
-olives
you can add any toppings of your choice like chicken etc
PROCEDURE:
-Pour 3/4 cup water into small bowl(I said it before in cheese garlic bread recipe, that water should not be hot at all or else your yeast may die), add yeast and sugar and stir until it dissolves and let it stand for 5 min closed in a dry and dark place until yeast rises.You will see foam like appearance on the top.
-In a bowl add flour, salt(be careful that salt does not get directly in contact with yeast as salt retard yeast growth) .In the middle of the bowl add the yeast mixture add oil.Mix it until it forms a dough.Knead it thoroughly until it forms a soft dough.Place the dough in a bowl and coat it with oil.Cover it with a cloth and let dough rise in warm dark area until it doubles in volume, about 1 hour or you can even leave it over night.
-Punch down dough as the extra air come out.If you want to store, then keep it in airtight container or ziplock and keep it in refrigerator.Then divide the dough as much you require according to your base thickness.
-Take the pizza plate and cover it with oil and dry flour then take the dough and spread the dough till it has the thickness you require.
-Poke the base by using a fork which restricts the base while baking.
-Spread a layer of pizza sauce on the base, leaving some space in the edges, then cover it with mozzarella cheez and then add toppings of your wish and again top it with
mozzarella cheez(add extra cheez if you wish:) ).
-Brush with some butter/oil on the edges which makes the edges of the brust golden brown.
-Bake it in a 180 c preheated oven for 15 mins.
-Serve it hot by cutting into pieces.
