Cheese garlic bread-bakeitout

Hello! my lovely subscribers there I am with another recipe. First of all than you for the views for my recent posts. Now I am here with with another recipe to spice up your taste buds.

Last two posts are dessert based ones so now let us go with our all time favourite snack cheese garlic bread.Let us start..

INGREDIENTS:

For garlic bread dough:

-1/4 cup warm milk/water

-1 tsp dry yeast/any yeast

-1 tsp sugar

-pinch of salt

-3 cloves garlic, finely chopped

-3/4 tsp oregano

-1 tsp unsalted butter, at room temperature

-1 cup plain flour/maida/all purpose flour

-2 tsp oil

For garlic butter:

-1/4 cup butter,melted

-3 cloves garlic, finely chopped

-2 tbsp coriander leaves, finely chopped

Other ingredients:

-3 tbsp plain flour/maida/all purpose flour, to dust

-1/4 cup mozzarella cheese /any cheese of choice

-some chilly flakes if u want

Garlic dough recipe:

-Firstly, in a large mixing bowl take warm milk/water(it should not be hot, you should be able to dip your finger for atleast 10sec without removing your finger or your yeast may die due to the heat, even you can use room temperature milk or water), dry yeast and sugar.Mix them well until the yeast and suger gets fully desolved.

-Rest it for 5 minutes.You will be able to see foam like appearence on the top.

-Further, add pinch of salt, garlic and oregano.

-Additionally add butter and maida. Start to knead the dough untill it becomes soft.

-Furthermore, coat the dough with oil and rest it for 2hrs or more by top covered with a cloth in a dry and dark place until your dough raises(you can keep it in your microwave without preheating the microwave).If you use milk it may take more time or raise less when compared to water as milk is a dairy product.

Garlic butter recipe:

-Mix the melted butter with chopped cloves and coriander leaves.

Garlic bread recipe:

-Further, punch the dough.

-In a tray place the dough spreading it in a round shape and spread the garlic butter over dough generously.

-Further top with mozzarella cheese on half of the dough.

-Also season with chilli flakes and oregano.

-Fold the dough in half and seal the edges.

-Furthermore, brush generous amount of prepared butter.

-Also make marks over bread without cutting them fully.

-Bake in preheated oven at 180 c for 15 minutes.

-cut the garlic bread into pieces and serve then hot with some mayonnaise.

Don't be afraid to use yeast, I faced same problem at first but now I enjoy using it and I like to see the dough raise even don't be afraid if your dough smells as raising of yeast releases gases through which you get that smell.So #bakeitout and enjoy :)
