Yummy and easy homemade cocoa brownies- bakeitout
Hello! everyone there, who are reading my blog bakeitout, this is my first ever post going to be published in my blog. You company me to walk through the journey of backing the perfect recipes.
When I started backing my first dish to bake was a ready made pillsbury mix when I was really young like nearly 8 years old or so, which really sounds funny. But now I cannot believe how far I travelled as a backer.
Now... let me share my first ever dish backed by my self. I started my journey as a backer with brownies.
who wont love brownies. There is nothing better than hot brownies with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream topped by drizzling chocolate sauce as a dessert after your main course. So lets get started with it..
INGREDIENTS:
-1/2 cup flour
-1 cup sugar
-1/2 cup salted butter(melted)
-2 eggs
-1/3 cup cocoa powder
-1/2 tsp vanilla essence
-1/3 cup walnuts(optional)
Please try to bakeitout in the exact procedure to get the best results or the same output varying the process can result in different outputs, like we should do the procedure in the same order.(I have an experience of getting different output when done in different order and manner.
PROCEDURE:
Preheat the oven to 350 F. Grease a 9-by-9 inch baking pan.(don't worry if you don't have a square backing pan instead you can also use round pan or a cake mould or silicon brownie mould).
In a bowl, combine flour(generally we use maida but i substitute sometimes with wheat flour as it is good for health), sugar and cocoa powder.(please use powdered sugar if u don't have a beater as at first i faced problem when the sugar did not got mixed well in the batter)
In another bowl, whisk together the butter and eggs. Add the dry ingredients little by little and mix the batter until no lumps left and batter combines well.
coat the backing pan with butter and then dust flour or cocoa powder on it and then pour the batter in it.
Bake the brownies for 25-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean.
Remove the tray from the oven and let it cool for 5 mins. Cut into 16 squares and serve it with your fav ice-cream.(I usually heat brownies like for 30 secs to 1min before I serve them as it make the brownies hot and softer).
